I am surprised Karisma Kapoor not being in the list! With performances in DTPH, Raja Hindustani, Fiza, Shakti, I would rate her better than Deepika or Priyanka, or even Ash. Surprised she is not even in the honorable mentions! Rekha deserves to be in the list definitely. Priyanka and Deepika could be in honorable mentions, along with Kareina (who already is). I think there is still lot of years for them to prove before coming in Top 10.
Though this said in the beginning that the ratings are mainly based on acting skills and not beauty, I think they have based it on a blend of acting, beauty, popularity and star power.
If only based on acting skills, Shabana Azmi, Tabu, Jaya Bachchan and Konkona Sensharma deserves to be in Top 10. Vidya should be much ahead …
