Badhaai Ho Badhaai is a story of the Chaddha family and the D’souza family who love to hate each and who cannot see eye to eye. They constantly practice this hatred with fights that are ferocious as the Gaul’s fighting the Romans. After a period of 25 years botht he families receive letters saying that their grandchild is coming to live with them. On arrival only rejection is in store for the grandchild who then finds a shelter with Ghooman Singh (Kader Khan) who is a raucous singer. There is a girl Banto Betty (Shilpa Shetty) who is sensuous and alluring, funny and full of vigor and on the other hand is a dreamy, vulnerable and lost in her own world Florence (Kirti Reddy). Raja who has avowed to unite both the families after years of feud is shocked, when he sees the girl Banta Betty posing as his wife whereas he is actually in love with someone else.
