Thanks for the tips in the beginning, I could really feel the burn! Would've loved some more speed variation in-between. Constant slow pace combined with longer duration and repetition tired me out sooner. It came by the end though which I enjoyed. You're an excellent dancer too

Loved your workout. Done with a lot of feelings and energy.I have been doing workouts for the last few years but slackend due to the lockdown. I follow the entire workout except the jumping or squats as my knees are weak. Any alternative to that. Thanks a lot Deepti
