Today is the first time l am doing this, actually l was amazed that l could do every step. Thank u so much mam. Hi Deepti, you are really good teacher and trainer. I am weighing 107 kgs at present, yet I enjoy your beginners videos so much. I sweat a lot so need breaks during the session. My age is 36, and looking forward to loose my belly fat with you. I have watched 3 videos in four days, all are a bit different and your DJ plays really good music. Any special tips for me if you can recommend, waiting for your reply.
