No body would have thought she would die suhagan after 32 years , the movie shows she had given up due to small troubles and issues in married life and ran after luxury , she wasn’t deeply in love with raj babbar orelse would have had objected to her marriage strongly , nor was she sad on her wedding night she had a materialist approach to life but was an innocent soul at heart a must watch movie in todays generation

Patriarchal story line. Good lesson about imposing parental decisions on children and girls having to follow these decisions to preserve family honour. A sad story. Women are always bound by Lakshman Rekha. Similar steps taken by a man would have had different consequences. Hopefully times have changed now…..
