I am doing this 2 weeks challenge for past 7days and it showed me rapid change as my jean pant and tshirt became loose.. i don't know how much weight has gone but i can feel the difference. I will continue this exercise and will mention how much kgs i lost . Now i am 65kg .. Love from Kerala ??????????

    Hello Deepthi ma'am! I have been following your workouts for over 1.5 months now. Initially, I had no problems at all. These days I feel a sudden catch while working out. It is not about your workouts. I feel this every time I dance. In March I had done this workout for 15 days straight. I did not have any problem. Later due to exams and submissions I paused workouts for a month. Now when I have restarted it, I feel this pain. It hurts so much that it hurts even if I breathe deeply. Do you know anything that I can do. I love dancing, especially your routines. I don't want this to stop me. Please help me out! Thanks :)
