Bhai Superb, Awesome research. Humri Atariya Pe was originally sung by Begum Akhtar. It was Raag Dadra, she was known as Mallika-e-ghazal. She also acted in movies. After a brief controversy Vishal Bhardwaj gave her the credit in the movie, "Dedh Ishqiya".

Koi song "Permission" say bhi agar koi lai lai to wo song aapka apna thori hota hai….Wo song to usee country ka hota hai jahaan say aapnay wo song liya hota hai….SO ALL THE SONGS WHICH ARE COPIED FROM OTHER COUNTRIES "ARE NOT INDIAN SONGS"….Those are THOSE COUNTRIES' SONGS from where our music directors copied….Our music directors BEGGED OTHER COUNTRIES and showed them that we are beggars and that we have no talent that's why we are requesting you countries to give us Indians YOUR SONGS as our people have no brains to produce music on their own…and even if we try to make music, we COPY FROM EVERYWHERE because our public is chutiya and will not find out how we copy and make them fools…we made them fools since years and will continue to make our public fool because our public is DUMB ENOUGH to believe everything we do(i.e. taking songs from other countries because we are beggars) and make(i.e. copying songs from other countries because we are talent-less and our public is dumb)

You know, a whole team is involved in making a song so i don't know whether zebunisah bangash took the permission (or) not from coke studio team to give this coke studio song to another country(i.e to a bollywood movie) because if she hasn't, as this song is from "Rohail hyatt's coke studio days(he's not doing coke studio for the time being)", then this is a plagiarism case and this singer and even the film makers are in great trouble.
