The 6th episode of Nukkad shows the wife of a merchant accuses her maid of stealing her expensive perfume. Nukkad is the popular Hindi TV serial that aired on the Indian Television channel DD National in 1986 – 87. Nukkad deals with the struggles of urban youth trying to make a living in an increasingly harsh social and economic climate.
